2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • A video recording of the parcel being opened is mandatory for return approval.
  • If return requests are made without video proof, the return will not be accepted.
  • Certain items, such as spiritual products (e.g., Lord Ram murtis), are non-returnable, unless delivered in a damaged condition.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds for returned products will be processed within 15–20 days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds for other cases (canceled orders, payment errors, etc.) will be processed within 15–20 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, etc.).
  • Shipping fees may not be refundable, unless the return is due to a CollectKaro error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to their nature:
Spiritual products (e.g., Lord Ram murtis) – unless delivered damaged.
Customized items – products with personalization requests.
Used or damaged items – if not reported upon opening.


6. Responsibility for Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
