2. User Eligibility & Account Registration

Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account and shop on CollectKaro.
Users under 18 confirm they have parental or guardian consent.
You must provide accurate information (name, email, phone, shipping address) when placing orders.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials—CollectKaro is not liable for unauthorized account access.
Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these terms may lead to account suspension or legal action.

3. Product Listings & Pricing

We ensure accurate product descriptions, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change due to market conditions, supplier adjustments, or taxation updates.
Discounts, promotions, and coupon codes have specific validity periods and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Order Placement & Payment Policy

A. Ordering Process

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
CollectKaro reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activities.

B. Accepted Payment Methods

Note: CollectKaro does not store payment details—transactions are handled by third-party payment gateways.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time varies based on location, courier service, and external factors.
Customers will receive tracking details upon shipment.
CollectKaro is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

A. Returns

Return requests must be placed within 3 days of delivery.
Customers must provide a video recording while opening the parcel to verify product condition.
If a return request is made without video proof, it will not be accepted.
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Certain items (such as Lord Ram murtis) are non-returnable unless damaged upon delivery.

B. Refunds

Refunds for returned products will be processed within 15-20 days after receiving the return.
Other refund requests will be processed within 15-20 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, UPI, etc.).

C. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 3–5 working days.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, logos, product descriptions, designs, and trademarks on CollectKaro are protected under intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any materials without prior consent.
Unauthorized use may lead to legal consequences.

8. Limitation of Liability

CollectKaro is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website/app usage, delayed deliveries, or technical issues.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or app due to maintenance, technical disruptions, or cyber risks.
Your use of CollectKaro is at your own risk.
